19 Navigate to **Members** and search for the member whose contract you wish to terminate.

21 Click **Account>Contracts**

23 Select **Terminate **from the Select Action drop-down menu.

27 The next screen presents two cancellation options:

29 * **Cancel with nothing further due** — cancels the contract immediately, including any outstanding invoices.
30 * **Cancel with a final payment due** — allows for a notice period, for example cancelling from the following month if 30 days notice is required.

34 * If this member(s) will no longer be coming to the club at all, choose the radio button next to the name(s) and click on **Yes**. You can choose **No** and keep the member active if you are cancelling in order to add a replacement contract.
