Terminate a Contract
Click on Members and pull up the client
- Click Account>Contracts
- Select Terminate from the select action drop-down.

- The next screen will allow you to “cancel contract with nothing further due”. This will cancel the contract going forward and any past due invoices. Or you can cancel with a final payment due, for example if the contract requires 30 days notice, you can cancel starting the next month.

- If this member(s) will no longer be coming to the club at all, choose the radio button next to the name(s) and click on Yes. You can choose No and keep the member active if you are cancelling in order to add a replacement contract.
