19 Navigate to **Members** and search for the member whose contract you wish to terminate.

21 Click **Account>Contracts**

23 Select **Terminate **from the Select Action drop-down menu.

27 * The next screen will allow you to “cancel contract with nothing further due”. This will cancel the contract going forward and any past due invoices. Or you can cancel with a final payment due, for example if the contract requires 30 days notice, you can cancel starting the next month.

31 * If this member(s) will no longer be coming to the club at all, choose the radio button next to the name(s) and click on **Yes**. You can choose **No** and keep the member active if you are cancelling in order to add a replacement contract.
