17 Click on **Members **and pull up the client

19 * Click **Account>Contracts**

21 * Select **Terminate **from the select action drop-down.

25 * The next screen will allow you to “cancel contract with nothing further due”. This will cancel the contract going forward and any past due invoices. Or you can cancel with a final payment due, for example if the contract requires 30 days notice, you can cancel starting the next month.

29 * If this member(s) will no longer be coming to the club at all, choose the radio button next to the name(s) and click on **Yes**. You can choose **No** and keep the member active if you are cancelling in order to add a replacement contract.
