New Feature: Schedule Reports to Email

We’re excited to introduce Scheduled Report Emails — a powerful new way to automate report delivery and save time.

What’s New?

You can now schedule system reports to be automatically delivered to your inbox on a recurring basis. No more manually exporting CSVs or TXT files — your reports come to you, exactly when you need them.

Why This Matters

This feature is designed to increase productivity and reduce friction for club owners and staff by:

  • Eliminating repetitive manual downloads
  • Delivering reports automatically via email on your chosen schedule
  • Enabling “dummy integrations” — use scheduled report emails to connect with tools like Zapier or other automation systems
  • Improving visibility into recurring processes across your organization

If a report isn’t directly exportable through Member Manager integrations, you can now use scheduled email delivery as a flexible workaround to move data into your other systems.

Key Capabilities

  • Flexible Scheduling – Choose how often reports are sent via email
  • On/Off Control – Clubs can enable or disable scheduled reports at any time
  • Permission-Based Access – Control which staff members can create and manage scheduled reports
  • Admin Oversight – View a centralized list of all active recurring report automations
