=== **Client Types in myVolo** ===

myVolo serves two distinct client types: **Full Service** and **Self Service**. Understanding the difference between these two is important when providing support, as their billing processes and available features differ significantly.

**Full Service Billing**

Full Service clients use myVolo alongside our Full Service Billing product. Contracts entered in myVolo are sent to MSI for billing and servicing, where we collect payments, deduct our commission, and fund the client directly. These clients retain access to the MSI billing website; however, any contracts entered there will not appear in myVolo, so it is important to ensure contracts are entered in the correct platform.

Full Service clients have more limited access to make changes to contracts within myVolo. Most administrative actions — such as price adjustments, due date changes, and payment source changes — cannot be performed directly by the client and must either be handled by contacting our Support team or by submitting an adjustment request.

**Self Service Billing**

Self Service clients use myVolo as a standalone billing platform. Most have connected the software to a third-party merchant processor, meaning that credit card and EFT transactions processed in myVolo are sent directly to the merchant processor, which in turn funds the client.

Unlike Full Service clients, Self Service clients do not have MSI ID numbers and do not have access to the MSI billing website. Our team does not service their contracts, giving these clients full autonomy over their billing and contract management within myVolo.
