Viewing/Editing Contracts

Viewing Contracts

There are two ways to view contracts: through a member's profile or via Sales > Edit Existing Contracts.

View Under Member Profile Navigate to Members and search for the member to open their profile, then go to Account > Contracts. From here, use the Select Action drop-down to:

• View Invoices
• Edit Autorenewals or Payments
• Terminate, Freeze, or Pay a contract

View via Sales > Edit Existing Contracts

To view all active contracts, search using Status = Active. You can also search by member name or contract ID. Clicking a Purchased For or Purchased By name will open that member's profile in a new tab, while clicking the contract name or ID will display the contract details below.

Click Actions to perform any necessary changes.

Available Contract Actions

The following actions are available from both the member profile and the Sales > Edit Existing Contracts screen:

• View Invoices — View all invoices associated with the contract.
• View/Edit Auto Renewals — Adjust the auto renewal date, payment amount, or set to no renewal. Also allows updating the payment profile. (For Member Solutions billed contracts, this will display as View only.)
• View/Edit Payments — Freeze/unfreeze, update amounts, or change payment dates for individual payments or in bulk. (For Member Solutions billed contracts, this will display as View only.)
• Terminate — Cancel a contract with nothing further due, or with a future final payment date.
• Freeze — Suspend the contract until a specified future date.
• Pay Contract — Pay past due invoices or pay ahead. Any advance payments will be applied to future invoices once generated.
