We're excited to introduce several improvements designed to make managing members and daily tasks even easier.

AI Chat Assistant Now Available

Our AI Chat Assistant is now available to all clubs. You can quickly find important information using simple chat prompts, including:

• Member details
• Accounts with outstanding balances
• Tasks and other helpful information

This makes it faster and easier for staff to get the answers they need.

Automatic Member Portal Invites

Getting members connected to the portal is now simpler. When a customer purchases a contract, they will automatically receive a Member Portal invite.

Staff can also:

• Send portal invites directly from the member profile
• Send password reset emails to members through Member Manager

Improved Report Exports

Scheduled reports now include the report title in the CSV file, making downloaded reports easier to identify and organize.

Fixes and Improvements

We've also addressed a few issues to improve overall reliability:

• Fixed an issue where the birthday field showed 1/1/1970 on the new member page when no birthday was entered
• Fixed an issue where court booking confirmation emails displayed a blank staff member name
• Fixed an issue affecting some FSB billing contracts being incorrectly set to cash
