Data Hygiene at a Glance

A new badge in the header and side menu now shows how many data hygiene issues need attention, so you can spot and clear them without opening a separate dashboard.

Fewer Support Tickets for Payment Schedule Changes

We've relaxed the rules that used to lock payment-schedule actions. Common situations — like backdated contracts and contracts with free payments — no longer require a support request just to make an adjustment.

Age Requirement on Contracts

The person signing a contract must now be 18 or older, applied consistently across new sales and renewals. Minors can still be added as members as usual.

Reliability Fixes

Resolved an issue that could leave invoice creation stuck after an error.

We've begun streamlining how the portal loads, so pages come up quicker.

Signup Improvements

• The signup form now clearly states the 18+ age requirement up front.
• If a registration can't be completed, you'll see the specific reason instead of a generic "Unknown Error."

Contract & Membership Documents

• Contract PDFs now display correctly in the portal.
• Fixed membership document downloads that were producing broken files.

Alerts & Display Fixes

• Per-student alert settings now correctly override the "All Students" default.
• Corrected the result count shown when filtering lists.
• Fixed alignment of the navigation menu and toggle.
