What's New in Member Manager

Release Date: Wednesday, May 13, 2026

This release includes two updates that give you more control over how your members experience Member Portal and better visibility into accounts that have moved into default.

Portal Module Visibility Controls

You can now choose which sections and widgets your members see when they log into Member Portal. If your club doesn't use Marketplace, Enroll, or other Portal features, you can turn them off so members aren't distracted by — or confused by — features that don't apply to your club.

What You Can Hide

Navigation:

  • Dashboard
  • Schedule
  • Enroll
  • Marketplace

Dashboard widgets:

  • Check-In Barcode
  • Messages
  • Upcoming Classes
  • Remaining Sessions
  • Upcoming Payments

Always visible: Profile and Sign Out.

How to Use It

  1. In Member Manager, go to Settings → Portal Visibility.
  2. Toggle any module or widget on or off.
  3. Confirm the change when prompted.

Changes take effect the next time a member loads Member Portal. All modules are on by default for every club, so nothing changes for your members unless you choose to turn something off.

Default Status Sync Between APS and Member Manager

When an account becomes 150+ days delinquent and is marked as Default in APS, that status is now automatically reflected in Member Manager. This eliminates confusion about which accounts are in default and prevents new invoices and renewals from being generated for accounts that shouldn't be billed.

What's New

Automatic status sync. Default status flows from APS into Member Manager and Billing Manager overnight, without manual intervention.

No new invoices or renewals. Once a contract is in default, Member Manager and Billing Manager will not generate new invoices or renewals against it.

Service access restricted. Defaulted contracts will not be able to check in or access services tied to that contract. Other active contracts the member holds are unaffected.

Default alert on the member profile. When an account enters default, you'll see an alert that includes the account name, delinquency duration, and outstanding balance. Dismissible like other MM alerts.

New Default Accounts report. A new listing on the contract report lists every account currently in default — including account name, default date, outstanding balance, and last check-in. Filterable by date range and balance, and exportable to CSV or PDF.

Where to Find It

Alerts appear automatically on the member profile when default status is set.

The new report is available under Reports → Contracts.

What's Not Included Yet

This release covers the sync from default forward. Moving an account back out of default (reactivation) is planned as a follow-up. For now, if an account needs to be reactivated, please reach out to support.
