Instructions:

Go to PCI Compliance | We help you comply on your PCI - Home and Login.

  • ¬∑Click Step 2 to update to 4.0.

  •  Next click “Manually Select Saq”.

  • Choose SAQ A and click “Update to the selected 4.0 SAQ above”

  • On the SAQ Wizard page, it is helpful to choose Accordion and Show All options.  This will make it easier to step through each question.

  •  Once you have completed your SAQ Questionnaire, you will need to scan your computer.  Click “Continue to Scan”.

  • Next you will need to schedule your scan.  Be sure to schedule it at night when you are not using your computer.  The scan can take some time, so it is best if it runs at night, so it won’t interfere with your work during the day. In order to stay PCI Complaint, you must run a scan quarterly. Our PCI portal will allow you to schedule a scan every 90 days, so the system will keep you compliant. To setup quarterly scanning, click “Schedule Scan”.

  • Choose “Schedule Scanning” and “Use this IP Address Only”.  Set the date and time to schedule the first scan, then choose “Quarterly”. Click “Schedule/Run Scan”.  You can check back after your scan is completed to verify your PCI Compliance status.

Once you schedule the scan, you will be able to confirm upcoming scans that the status of past scans on this screen.
